Thorn Melon

Oval-shaped fruit with thick, spiky skin that turns from green to bright orange/yellow when ripe. Interior features lime-green, gelatinous, edible pulp with numerous small, pale seeds. Mild, refreshing, and slightly sweet-sour flavour with notes of cucumber, kiwi, and banana.
